Welcome to the Surfside Complex- Our two comfortable cozy cottages (Potter and Bocci Cottages at Surfside) have ocean views from their front decks. They are "decks" when you're having coffee,"verandas" with mint juleps, and a "shame" when you're having nothing. Surfside is the third house from the beach on the North Side of 43rd Street.The address is # 8 43rd Street, Ocean City, Md. and the cottages are located behind the Main building.
Our Cottages have wonderful Midtown convenience. Park your car for the entire week and walk to the Convention Center & Restaurants. Walking distance to "Secrets".Add a healthy walk to the end of the boardwalk and catch a tram ride to the inlet. 1 parking space for each cottage. Bus stop at end of street. No beach charges for our great beaches!
The Cottages are the second homes from the beach. Located behind Surfside Main Haus. Outdoor shower, shared laundry facilities under the cottages, patio with picnic table & barbecue provided, central air and heat. Lending library in the laundry room. Board games also available in laundry room. Courtesy is the name of the game.
Available July, August,September . See calendar for available weeks. We will consider long weekends and mini weeks for Sept.& early Oct. only. Pets considered on a case by case basis and size and type of dog must be in our guest accomodation agreement. $ 300 deposit for pets. (Deposit is refundable after 2 weeks provided that we don't have to deflea,detick,or repair or clean upholstery or carpet due to pet misbehavior) Pets MUST BE KID AND FAMILY FRIENDLY, housebroken, leash controlled and well behaved. Municipal rules and regulations regarding pets in Ocean City must be complied with.
Each cozy,comfortable cottage is fully equipped for your vacation needs including flat panel HDTV,DVD and VCR players. Regular cable TV in MBR. Kitchens are equipped with dishwasher,garbage disposal,& glass top stove. Convenience, convenience.
Each cottage has 2 nice bedrooms, 1 bath with shower,& pull out queen sofa in living room. Great views, great access to the beach. Click on the album pictures provided. Dishes,glassware,pots & pans,kitchen towels,trash bags,soap,detergents,etc. are provided. Clotheslines and clothespins behind Bahia Mar are provided for wet and sandy items. WiFi available. We also have available 1 high chair, 1 booster chair, a handicapped toilet, and 1 umbrella stroller.
